How do I enable the SLY keyboard?
Go to Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → Add New Keyboard → Select SLY
Why does the app need "Allow Full Access"?
Full Access lets SLY analyze your conversation screenshots and generate personalized suggestions. Without it, the keyboard can't process images or connect to our AI. Your data is never stored or shared.
Is my data safe/private?
Yes. We don't store your conversations, screenshots, or personal data. Everything is processed in real-time and discarded immediately.
Why aren't suggestions appearing?
Check two things: (1) Your internet connection - SLY needs internet to generate suggestions. (2) Make sure the keyboard is properly enabled in Settings.
Can I customize the suggestion style?
Yes. In the app settings, you can adjust the tone and style of suggestions to match your personality.
What dating apps does SLY work with?
SLY works with any messaging app - Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, iMessage, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, etc. Our AI analyzes conversation context from screenshots and generates suggestions based on proven communication principles.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → SLY
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 3 days free. Cancel anytime before trial ends to avoid charges.
