2. Information We Collect

• Settings: Your preferences (gender, tone, flirt level, language) stored locally on your device
• Screenshots: Images you upload for analysis, processed by AI and never stored
• Chat Messages: Conversations in Ask SLY, stored locally on your device only

3. AI Processing

SLY uses Anthropic's Claude AI to analyze screenshots and generate message suggestions. Screenshots and messages are sent to Anthropic for processing but are not permanently stored by us or used to train AI models.

4. Data Storage

All your data stays on your device. We do not have user accounts or cloud storage. Your settings and chat history are stored locally and never leave your device except for AI processing.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data is only shared with:

• Anthropic: For AI processing of screenshots and messages
• Apple: For subscription management via App Store

6. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control. Delete the app to remove all data. No account deletion needed.

7. Children's Privacy

SLY is not intended for users under 18 years of age.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
