2. Description of Service

SLY is an AI-powered dating assistant that provides:

• Keyboard extension with message suggestions
• Ask SLY chat for dating advice
• Screenshot analysis for conversation help

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SLY.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use SLY to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Generate illegal or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws

5. AI-Generated Content

SLY uses AI to generate suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• Suggestions are for informational purposes only
• You are responsible for how you use any suggestions
• AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate

6. Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
• Auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before period ends
• Manage subscriptions in App Store settings
• No refunds for partial periods

7. Intellectual Property

SLY and all content is owned by Cloud Motion Lab LLC and protected by copyright.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

9. Limitation of Liability

CLOUD MOTION LAB LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Termination

We may terminate access at any time for Terms violations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming.
