By downloading, installing, or using the Sly mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sly is an AI-powered dating coach application that provides:

• Training modules to improve your messaging skills
• AI-generated suggestions for opening messages
• Analysis and feedback on messages you write

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the App to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any commercial purposes without our consent

6. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions and feedback. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only
• You are solely responsible for how you use any suggestions provided
• We do not guarantee the effectiveness of any advice or suggestions
• AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate

7. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Cloud Motion Lab LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our App without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOUD MOTION LAB LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cloud Motion Lab LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
